Usually a protocol mismatch. Find your ProtocolVersion with l2.exe -L2ProtocolVersion and set it in Setup.
ErrorsIt logs in but does nothing
Old OOG builds are login-only on current servers. Use 10.9.9 instead.
ErrorsStatus stays “Not Registered”
Register the key in System › Register License… and check that the license server is reachable.
